Keep going around San Fierro until you find a man with brown hair,white skin,blue shirt with white "graffiti",blue jeans and brown shoes.If he is in a conversation with a pedestrian,
he will sometimes say"Have you ever been to Secret Valley?"
Secret Valley refers to the 1984 animated series Secret Valley.
