Its just like the blue hell but black,Now,activate the maximum jump cheat and go inside any interiors with people,then find a people to jump through them, you will be atop of the ceiling(you need a parachute)
fall at the edge and activate the parachute until you reach the surface.Enjoy exploring the Underworld!
